Shipments usually arrive within five to seven business
days (five to ten business days for Canadian customers with
Canada Post). All orders are shipped pending a credit
approval.
FedEx Saver
Ice offers you the
option to have your order shipped by FedEx Saver a fee of $9.95 . Shipments usually
arrive within three to five business days. All orders
are shipped pending a credit approval.
FedEx
Premium
Ice offers you the option to have your
order shipped by FedEx Premium Shipping for a fee of
$21.95. Shipments usually arrive within one to
three business days. Orders for rings may be delayed due
to ring sizing.
FedEx Saturday
Ice offers you
the option to have your order shipped by FedEx Saturday
Shipping for a fee of $39.95. Shipments usually arrive
within one business day and are ONLY delivered on
Saturdays. Orders for rings may be delayed due to ring
sizing.
Please note that if shipping/billing addresses differ or if
the monthly payment option is selected, your order may be
delayed pending order/credit approval.
All orders ship out from Ice within 1-2

Terms and Policies |
You will receive an
email notification the day your order has been
shipped with a confirmatin of shipment and a
tracking number. You can use this number to track your
shipment at http://www.fedex.com/.
For
Security reasons, Ice ships to street addresses
only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
All orders will be shipped
pending credit approval. Customer support may
contact customers for additional information as
required.
In the event your order cannot
be shipped you will be contacted immediately by
e-mail and informed the reason for the
delay.
Your credit card
will not be charged until the order has been
shipped.
All orders to APOs and MSPs are
sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business
days.
The following items will
not arrive within 1 business day:
Rings, watches and Designer or Specialty
Items.
Also, please note that
all Family and Personalized Jewelry
orders will be shipped out 7-10 business
days after order has been submitted due to the
customization work involved.
Watches
and Family/Personalized Jewelry items cannot be shipped
to CANADA. |

You will receive an email
notification the day your order has been shipped with a
confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This
gives you the ability to track your order at all times
until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. You
can use this number to track for FedEx at http://www.fedex.com/.

| Order Cancellation |
If you'd like to cancel or
change an Ice order for any reason, please contact
us and make sure to include your Ice order
number or call 1-800-539-3580, as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your
request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment
system is designed to get orders shipped and on their
way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a
result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has
already entered the shipping process. If your order
cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return
it to Ice according to our 30
day money back return policy.
Ice
reserves the right to cancel any order that appears
uspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will
be reported to proper authorities.
